PARTNERS

Save The Rhino International
Save the Rhino International works to conserve genetically viable populations of critically endangered rhinoceros species in the wild, by providing financial and in-kind support for rhino- and community-based projects in Africa and Asia.

Fauna & Flora International
Fauna & Flora International supports conservation projects around the world, building partnerships to ensure local ownership, save species from extinction, protect habitats from destruction and encourage sustainable development

Darwin Initiative
The Darwin Initiative assists countries that are rich in biodiversity but poor in financial resources to meet their objectives under one or more of the three major biodiversity Conventions: the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD); the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Flora and Fauna (CITES); and the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS), through the funding of collaborative projects which draw on UK biodiversity expertise. There are currently 143 active Darwin projects working in 95 countries around the world. Over two thirds of projects are located in tropical zones of Africa, Asia and South America, reflecting current threats to internationally recognised global biodiversity "hotspots" in the tropics

Wildlife Conservation Research Unit (WildCRU)
WildCRU achieves practical solutions to conservation problems, through original scientific research of the highest calibre. They also train committed conservation scientists to conduct research, and to put scientific knowledge into practice. They participate in the implementation of many conservation projects and embrace the need to educate and involve a wider public to achieve lasting solutions.
The Wilderness Action Group
The Wilderness Action Group fosters the enduring wilderness of southern Africa and elsewhere for its value to the present and future generations, together with people.
The Wild Foundation
The WILD Foundation works internationally to: * Protect and sustain wilderness and wildlife while integrating the needs of human communities. * Communicate the many values of wilderness areas, as places of great social, spiritual, scientific and economic significance, and as places that inspire the best of human potential. * Catalyze conservation leadership and build conservation capacity.
